Statronics
uses three production facilities, each optimised for specific purposes. |

1.
Located at Head Office in Hornsby, production of small volume and
pre-production is handled with a highly flexible and specialised team
of dedicated power supply professionals. Communications with engineering
and management are direct and fast, enabling the rapid and precise
transfer of new designs into pre-production. The small team has expertise
to handle short runs and to review engineering outputs in terms of
producability. Naturally, the facility is ISO9001 accredited - since
1994. |

2.
For larger volumes and particularly products that are 100% surface-mount,
the facility at Seven Hills has capacity to handle 20,000 converters
per week with ease. This facility is also ISO9001 accredited. |

3.
When volumes, price and technology are suitable, manufacture in China
has been undertaken for the last four years. The plant is ISO9002
accredited. |

Production
testing: All Statronics products are 100% post-production tested and
are serial numbered. For smaller volumes, this is a manual process,
against a written test procedure. For larger volumes, ATE testing
is utilised, and in this case, typically at least 40 parameters of
even a simple DC-DC converter are tested and the test results are
stored for more than 5 years and are available to the client. |
